SupCore Auto — мобильная CRM для детейлинг-центров и автомоек. Приложение заменяет бумажные бланки и переписку в мессенджерах: приём автомобиля, распределение работ между мастерами, фотоотчёты и деньги собраны в одном месте. ПРИЁМ АВТОМОБИЛЯ ЗА ПАРУ МИНУТ • Гос. номер, марка, модель, цвет и категория кузова — из справочника, с подсказками при вводе. • Клиент находится по номеру телефона, новый заводится тут же, без отдельной анкеты. • Услуги из прайса с автоматическим подсчётом суммы; цену можно поправить вручную. • Оплата наличными, картой или Kaspi. Сразу видно, оплачен заказ полностью, частично или ещё нет. ФОТООТЧЁТ НА КАЖДОМ ЭТАПЕ • Снимки при приёмке, до работ, в процессе и после — привязаны к конкретной работе и заказу. • Отдельно фиксируются замечания: повреждения кузова, ошибки на панели приборов, отсутствующие детали. • Фотографии хранятся в облаке и доступны всей команде. Спорные ситуации с клиентом закрываются снимками, а не словами. ЗАДАЧИ МАСТЕРАМ • Заказ разбивается на работы, каждая назначается конкретному исполнителю. • Мастер видит свои задачи и ведёт их по статусам — от «в работе» до «готово». • По задаче отмечаются израсходованные материалы и расходники. СТАТУСЫ И КОНТРОЛЬ • Заказ движется по понятной цепочке: приём → в работе → готов → выдан. • Комментарии и лента событий по каждому заказу: видно, кто и что менял. • Push-уведомления о новых задачах и изменениях по заказам — ничего не теряется. СВОДКА ДЛЯ РУКОВОДИТЕЛЯ • Выручка за период с разбивкой на наличные и безналичные. • Количество заказов, загрузка мастеров и то, что находится в работе прямо сейчас. РАЗГРАНИЧЕНИЕ ДОСТУПА В приложении четыре роли: владелец, менеджер (приёмщик), мастер и стажёр. Каждый сотрудник видит только те заказы и данные, которые нужны ему для работы. КОМУ ПОДОЙДЁТ Детейлинг-студиям, автомойкам и небольшим автосервисам, которые хотят навести порядок в заказах и перестать вести записи в блокноте и переписке. ДОСТУП И РАЗРЕШЕНИЯ SupCore Auto — рабочий инструмент для сотрудников. Учётную запись выдаёт администратор вашего центра, открытой регистрации нет. Камера и галерея нужны только для фотоотчётов по работам. Для работы требуется подключение к интернету.
