layer

Layer turns a blank screen into a finished post. Start from a template or from an empty canvas, drop in your photos, set your words, and export artwork that's ready to publish — all on your phone, in a couple of minutes. DESIGNED TEMPLATES, FULLY EDITABLE Browse a catalog of layouts organized by category and made for real posts. Nothing is baked in: every piece of a template can be moved, restyled or deleted, so you never end up with someone else's design wearing your photos. A REAL EDITOR, SIZED FOR YOUR THUMB • Layout — arrange photo grids and snap elements into alignment • Text — 20 typefaces across sans, serif and handwriting, with full control over color, size and alignment • Photo — pull straight from your camera roll, then pan and zoom inside the frame • Assets — stickers and frames to finish a composition • Background — any color you want, from a full-spectrum picker with hex input • Layers — reorder, duplicate and delete anything on the canvas • Undo and redo on every edit BUILT FOR CAROUSELS Add panels and design them side by side on one continuous canvas, so your artwork flows across slides instead of stopping at every edge. Exporting hands you one image per panel, in order, ready to upload as a carousel. THE RIGHT SIZES, AT FULL RESOLUTION Story (9:16), Portrait (4:5) and Square (1:1), each exported at 1080px wide — full quality no matter how small your screen is. Save straight to your gallery, or send it anywhere through the share sheet. YOUR WORK IS ALWAYS THERE Every project auto-saves while you edit and waits for you in a grid of live previews. No account, no sign-up, no upload — your projects and your photos stay on your device. NO WATERMARKS Everything you export is clean and yours, on the free plan too. LAYER PRO An optional subscription that unlocks every premium template plus every premium sticker and frame — including each new one as it's added. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account.
