SpotterApp

Spotter is a privacy-first, geofenced safety hub and community radar designed to keep your household connected and aware. By consolidating public safety announcements, open-source vehicle bulletins, and secure family location sharing into a single interactive interface, Spotter delivers real-time neighbourhood intelligence tailored to your coordinates. Key Features: Smart Geofenced Subscriptions: Customize your notification range (from 1km to 30km) to filter public safety announcements and neighborhood reports in your immediate vicinity. On-Device AI Image Utility: Utilise a private, offline image comparison tool for personal photo reference. All calculations are performed 100% locally on your device. The app does not transmit biometric data to servers, does not perform remote identity verification, and keeps all custom reference databases entirely in local user storage. Stolen Property Bulletins: View publicly reported stolen vehicle listings aggregated automatically from open-source community bulletins and geocoded to your suburb. Private SafeCircles: Stay in touch with family or close friends. Securely share locations on a private map, request instant location updates, and broadcast emergency SOS signals directly to your circle. Public Hazard Warnings: Access publicly broadcasted environmental alerts (such as fires, floods, or weather updates) in one unified feed. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER :- Spotter is an independent, private information-sharing utility. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any government agency, emergency services, or law enforcement. This app is not a replacement for official government warning systems or emergency channels. In the event of an emergency, always contact local emergency services (000) directly.
