KINDLED is a pixel-art dungeon roguelite built for short runs that fit in a break and deep enough to keep you up all night. You are the last flame-knight of a Keep that's going out. Go down, kill what moves in the dark, and keep the torch lit — because when the light dies, something worse shows up. 🗡️ MELEE + MAGIC COMBAT Sword and fireballs on tap. Every hit has weight: hit-stop, screen shake, combo callouts. Crits double damage and shake the ground. 🎲 CLASSIC ROGUELITE Between waves, pick 1 of 3 random buffs: Stout Heart (+30 HP), Keen Edge (+attack), Blood Pact (-40 HP +14 attack), and 7 more. Every run is different. 🔥 10 BUFFS + 3 CHALLENGE TOKENS Pacifist (fireballs only), Glass Cannon (1 HP, double damage), Fog of War (half lighting).
