R J Aguirre Consulting

R J Aguirre Consulting is an independent IT consulting and technology strategy practice based in Uckfield, East Sussex, working with organisations across the UK. This app is a reference guide to our advisory work. Browse what we do, see how an engagement is structured, build an indicative cost estimate, and reach the office when you are ready to talk. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Browse twelve advisory services: IT strategy consulting, technology roadmap development, digital transformation, technology assessment, business requirements analysis, IT infrastructure, systems consulting, technology selection advisory, implementation planning, digital process improvement, business technology consulting and IT architecture advisory. - Open any service for its full engagement scope, the kind of organisation it typically suits, the business value it is intended to deliver, and an indicative rate. - Compare three fixed-scope packages — Starter, Growth and Business — with everything each one includes and who it is best suited to. - Build a figure with the cost estimator. Choose a fixed package and tick the optional extras you want, or pick an hourly service and set the number of hours you expect to need. - Follow the four-phase consulting pathway: discovery and analysis, strategic architecture, implementation planning, and optimisation and review, with the deliverables produced at each stage. - Read the current engagement options, including an introductory advisory call, combined assessment and roadmap scopes, a focused legacy system review, phased payment on the Starter Package, and a documentation pack add-on. - Find answers to common questions about independence, the size of client we work with, how migrations are handled, compliance and how fees are structured. - Call or email the office directly from the Contact screen. HOW WE WORK We hold no commercial partnerships or commission arrangements with software vendors or cloud providers, so recommendations are shaped by your requirements rather than by a reseller relationship. We do not recommend technology for its own sake. Each database upgrade, software migration or automation step is tied to reducing overhead or increasing throughput. Deliverables are structured, developer-ready requirement documents and phased migration sequences, written for predictable handovers and budgets. ABOUT THE FIGURES All rates, package prices and estimator results shown in this app are indicative and provided for planning purposes. They are not a quotation and do not form an offer. Fees are confirmed in writing once the scope of work has been agreed. R J AGUIRRE CONSULTING LTD 62 Tower Ride, Uckfield, East Sussex, England, TN22 1SE Registered in England and Wales.
