ForestFalcon v2 turns your phone into a log-measuring tool for the forest, the timber yard and the sawmill. Measure length and diameter, see the volume at once and build packing lists that sync to ForestFalcon, with or without signal. NEW RELEASE OF AN EXISTING APP: ForestFalcon v2 is the successor of ForestFalcon Light and replaces it. The old app stays available for some time so that you can finish and send your unsent lists before switching. Data saved only inside the old app is not moved to this app: send it from the old app first, then sign in here with the same account. MEASURE LOGS FAST • Large number fields and buttons that work in gloves, in sunlight and in low winter light • Volume by Huber, JAS or the Czech/Slovak diameter classes, with automatic or fixed bark deduction • Species, quality, tags and labels for every log; numeric tags count up on their own • Confirm with the keyboard and go straight to the next log • Photos and videos for any log • Scan the log tag with the camera: barcode or printed number (OCR) PILE VOLUME FROM A PHOTO • Photograph a log pile; on-device AI finds every log face • Correct the circles by hand, mark one reference log and enter the length • Add the whole pile to your list in one step. The photo is analysed on the phone. PACKING LISTS • Lists for buying, selling, checks and field buying • Partner, location and GPS position on every list • Totals by species and quality, and the average diameter • Transport data: container, seal and truck numbers with photos • Bookings show booked, loaded and remaining volume WORKS OFFLINE • Everything is saved on the phone first and sent when you are back online • Unsent lists are marked as pending and are never lost PRINT ON SITE • Receipts on Bluetooth CPCL and ESC/POS printers Light and dark themes.
