Brief the plan. Draw the plan. Run the plan together. TBFRON is a tactical operations planner built around SMEAC, the five-paragraph order real teams use to brief a mission. Stand up an operation, write the briefing, plot your routes on the map, kit out your elements, and watch your squad draw on the same board in real time. THE FIVE-PARAGRAPH ORDER S — Situation: threat condition, suspect and civilian counts, time of day, and an intel log split into hard and soft. M — Mission: op type, objective, and rules of engagement. E — Execution: the map itself. A — Admin & Logistics: the armory. C — Command & Signals: element assignments, go-codes, comms plan. THE MAP Plot routes waypoint by waypoint and attach an order to each one — stack up, breach and clear, gas and clear, mirror the door. Drop markers for breach points, throwables, traps, suspects and civilians. Draw cordon, danger and cleared zones. Split the plan across phases I to III and switch between them as the assault develops. Freehand sketch is there when nothing else fits. BRING YOUR OWN MAPS Screenshot the floor plans you want to plan on, one image per floor, and upload them. Name and reorder the floors yourself, so the list order is the floor order. Keep a map private or share it with your squad. One original example map ships with the app so you can try the planner before uploading anything. PLAN TOGETHER Open an operation and you are in a live room. Every route, marker and zone appears instantly for everyone else. You can see who is viewing, each in their own colour, and their cursors move on the map beside yours. Briefing edits and loadout changes push to the whole squad. A readiness meter tracks how complete the plan is: DRAFT, BRIEFED, OP READY, then GREENLIT at 100%. Free. No ads. No analytics. No third-party trackers of any kind. Unofficial fan-made planning tool.
