Full description
JumpQ Vendor is the operational app for stall owners and food teams running on the JumpQ platform. It is built for real service environments where speed, consistency, and clear handover matter: hawker centres, food courts, bazaars, night markets, and other high-traffic food venues. This is not a generic marketplace app. JumpQ Vendor is designed for teams that already use JumpQ and need a reliable day-to-day workflow for handling incoming orders, managing queue flow, and keeping pickup operations smooth during peak periods. With JumpQ Vendor, your team can work from a single operational view to process orders in real time and reduce confusion between front counter and prep stations. Instead of manually tracking queue position or giving repeated status updates, staff can move orders through a clear, structured flow so customers receive accurate progress information. Core capabilities: • Receive and manage live incoming orders • Track order state across preparation and pickup stages • Update order progress in real time • Maintain clearer queue control during lunch and dinner rush • Improve coordination between cashier, kitchen, and collection points • Support faster handoff and more predictable service timing Operational outcomes: • Better throughput at peak hours • Fewer missed or delayed handovers • Reduced queue bottlenecks and manual status checking • More consistent execution across staff shifts • Improved visibility for active and pending workload JumpQ Vendor is especially useful in environments with: • High order concurrency • Short prep cycles • Multiple staff members handling different stages • Time-sensitive pickup windows • Rapid demand spikes (for example festival or evening crowds) Who should use JumpQ Vendor: • JumpQ partner stalls and approved vendors • Stall managers overseeing queue and order flow • Staff responsible for prep, packing, and pickup handover • Teams that need operational visibility rather than customer browsing tools Important access note: JumpQ Vendor is intended for authorised stalls that are already onboarded to JumpQ. If your business is not yet onboarded, contact JumpQ support or your assigned onboarding contact before attempting to use this app in live operations. Data and operations: JumpQ Vendor is used to process operational order data needed for service delivery. Access should be restricted to authorised staff only. We recommend using role-based access and device hygiene practices for shared stall devices where applicable. Support: For onboarding, account access, and operational support, contact [email protected] If your stall is already on JumpQ, download JumpQ Vendor to run a cleaner, faster, and more controlled service flow every day
