VIDEO CONSULTATION THAT JUST WORKS Secure in-app video with mute, camera toggle and a movable self-view. Run the built-in Device Test first to check your camera, microphone and speaker before the doctor joins. MEDICATION DELIVERED If the doctor prescribes medication, it is sent to the address in your profile. Every prescription is itemised in the app with dosage, quantity and price. MC AND DOCTOR'S MEMO Medical certificates and doctor's memos are issued as PDFs straight to your consultation record, ready to download or share. You are notified the moment a document is ready. CLEAR PRICING, NO SURPRISES The consultation fee is shown before you start. Medication, if prescribed, is charged separately. An MC or memo, if issued, is included. You will see the exact amount before you pay. YOUR HEALTH RECORDS IN ONE PLACE Every consultation is saved with the doctor's name and MCR number, your diagnosis, prescribed medication and all documents. Search and filter your history, view payment records, and download invoices as PDFs at any time. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Fully available in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil. You can also tell us the languages and dialects you are most comfortable speaking — including Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew and Hakka — so consultations feel natural. SIGN IN SECURELY Sign in with Singpass or with your email and password. Your session credentials are stored in your device's secure hardware keystore, and all traffic runs over encrypted HTTPS. HelloDr asks only for camera, microphone and notification access — no location, no contacts, no photo library. Some conditions cannot be safely assessed over video — if the doctor determines you need in-person care, you will be referred to a clinic or hospital. HelloDr is for patients in Singapore. Doctors should use the HelloDr web portal. Claims I deliberately left out, because the code doesn't support them: chat/messaging with doctors (video only), choosing your doctor (you're queued to the next available one), appointment scheduling (there's a scheduled status in the type union but no date-picker UI), biometric login (NSFaceIDUsageDescription is declared but nothing calls Face ID), health-data/wearable sync, any named payment brand, and 24/7 availability.
