LT Check-In App

LT Check-In App is the digital check-in and declaration tool for truck drivers and lighter boat captains operating at the terminal. It replaces paper gate and berthing paperwork with a guided flow on your phone: submit your declaration before you arrive, and check in automatically when you reach the terminal. Access is limited to drivers and captains registered with the terminal operator. Sign in with your registered mobile number and a one-time password. FOR TRUCK DRIVERS • Start a new declaration and select your terminal • Scan your truck license plate with the camera, with manual entry and editing available at any point • Scan one or more DSA numbers and manage them in a single list • Check every detail on the review screen and edit anything before submitting • See live distance-to-check-in guidance as you approach the terminal • Check in on arrival inside the terminal boundary, then proceed to the waiting area • Get on-screen confirmation once gate-in is complete FOR BOAT CAPTAINS • Start a new declaration and select your terminal • Select your lighter boat • Select the USN for the trip • Review the complete declaration before submitting • Track your approach and check in on arrival • Get on-screen confirmation once berthing is complete LOCATION The app uses your device location only while the app is open on the tracking screen, to show your distance to the terminal and to confirm check-in and check-out inside the terminal boundary. It does not access your location in the background. CAMERA The camera is used only to scan truck license plates and DSA numbers for your own declaration. LT Check-In App is a private app for authorized terminal users. An account issued by the terminal operator is required to sign in.
