Hälsometern

Your information is needed to improve public health. Through Hälsometern, you can answer questions about you, your lifestyle and your health. You share the answers and step data with Region Stockholm. With the help of Hälsometern, we can learn more about different health problems and lifestyles – how common they are, how they affect us and how they change. The knowledge is needed to adjust healthcare and public health initiatives to the population's actual needs. Among other things, to be able to counteract health problems such as heart attacks and mental illness. What we learn from collected data we share with politicians, healthcare, researchers and the general public. Using Hälsometern will not affect your care or other interaction with Region Stockholm, neither now nor in the future. With the help of Hälsometern, Region Stockholm can collect important public health data and at the same time give you easy access to tools for monitoring your own health and the health-promoting steps you take. It is only with information from many people that it is possible for us to produce accurate statistics – therefore your participation is very valuable!
