Nudgr

Nudgr is a beautifully simple todo list app built on one insight: most task managers force you to organize before you act. Nudgr flips that around. Capture quickly. Focus on what matters. Let everything else wait. Whether you need a daily planner, a simple reminder app, or a focused task manager — Nudgr adapts to how you work without the complexity. THREE STATES, NOT A HUNDRED LISTS Every task lives in Next, Someday, or Done. No folders, no sub-projects, no nested lists. Just a clear system that helps you decide what to work on now and what can wait. FOCUS FLAG Light up the tasks you're working on right now. No priority numbers, no color codes. Focus IS your priority. Keep your focus list short — Nudgr suggests 5 or fewer — and actually finish what you start. SMART TAGS Type @home, #errands, or +project and tags create themselves instantly. Organize by area, context, or project — without any setup. Filter by tag with one tap. CHECKLISTS & TEMPLATES Create reusable checklist templates for things you do regularly — grocery lists, packing lists, weekly routines. Attach them to tasks or use them standalone. Scan items with your camera using built-in OCR. SCHEDULED NUDGES & DUE DATES Set a start date and forget it — the task nudges its way into your Focus when the day comes. Add a due date to track deadlines. Smart date parsing lets you type >tomorrow or >>friday right in the task title. FOCUS REVIEW & SOMEDAY REVIEW Built-in review flows help you plan your day and triage deferred tasks. A morning prompt to set your focus. A weekly prompt to clean up Someday. Gentle nudges — not guilt trips. QUICK CAPTURE Add a task in under 3 seconds. Type, tap, done. Inline tag parsing means @work #urgent is all you need to stay organized. WORKS OFFLINE Everything works without internet. Changes sync automatically when you're back online. Your tasks are always available. CROSS-PLATFORM SYNC Works on Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS. Your tasks follow you everywhere with real-time sync across all your devices.
