Doombreak

Doomscroll less. Keep the apps. Doombreak puts a hard session limit on the apps you choose — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and more. When the timer hits zero, a fullscreen Doombreak takes over with calm activity suggestions. You pick one, do it, check in. That’s the habit. Built for teens and young adults who want control without lectures. Minimal. Dark. Local-first. FEATURES • Session limits on apps you select (via Android Usage Access) • Continuous “in a row” time — switching IG → TikTok keeps the same session • Fullscreen Doombreak you can’t swipe away • Suggested activities + your own custom ones • Soft warning before the limit • Streaks for completing your pause • No ads, no account, data stays on your phone HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps to watch and set your max session length. 2. Turn on protection. Doombreak tracks continuous foreground time. 3. Hit the limit → fullscreen pause with activities. 4. Do one. Check in. Build the streak. Leave monitored apps for a short grace period and the session resets. You’re in charge — not blocked forever, just interrupted on purpose. PRICING 48-hour free trial with full access. Then unlock Premium with a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription. Prices vary by region and are shown in the app / Play Store.
