BHB International School

BHB International School's official app for parents and guardians. IMPORTANT: this app is only for families with a child enrolled at BHB International School, Ayar, Varanasi. Your account is created by the school office when your child is admitted — there is no sign-up in the app. You sign in with the mobile number registered with the school, using a code sent on WhatsApp. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Fees — see what is due for each child, pay online, and keep every receipt • Attendance — day by day, for each child • Homework and classwork — what was set, and when it is due • Notices and circulars from the school • Leave — tell the class teacher your child will be absent, and why • Message a teacher — through the school, during school hours • Complaints — raise something with the office and follow what happens • Parent–teacher meetings — see your slot • Transport — the bus route your child travels on • Library and e-books — what the school has published for your child's class • Photo gallery from school events • Study helper — an AI tutor pinned to your child's class TWO LANGUAGES The whole app works in English and Hindi. Tap the language button to switch at any time. You can also speak instead of typing. THE STUDY HELPER Free hints are included. The full tutor — lessons, worked examples, practice questions, answer checking, homework help and exam preparation — needs a pass, sold for one day, one week or one month. A pass covers one child and expires on its own. Nothing renews automatically. Every reply can be reported to the school if it is wrong or unsuitable. PAYMENTS School fees are paid through a licensed payment gateway. The school never sees your card or UPI details. Study passes are bought through Google Play. PRIVACY The app asks for nothing it does not need. It does not use location. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out at https://bhbinternational.school/privacy, and you can ask us to delete your account at https://bhbinternational.school/data-deletion. Questions? Write to [email protected] or call the school office.
