Store listing

Full description
iTag bluetooth devices are perfect gadgets for anyone who frequently misplaces keys, wallets, phones, or remotes. iTag One is the free, open-source Android companion to keep track of your important belongings. The devices are available on numerous online stores for just $1 to $1.50 — a small investment for peace of mind. GETTING STARTED Scanning for new iTags is simple: tap the scan button, then remember discovered devices with the plus button next to each one. ANTI-LOST ALARM When an iTag goes out of range (approximately 15m / 50ft), your phone starts buzzing and the iTag image vibrates on screen. The alarm can be silenced instantly by tapping the notification, the iTag image, or the real device's button. You can also mute alerts for a period of time using the bell button — useful if you intentionally left something behind. A configurable delay (0, 3, 5, or 10 seconds) prevents false alarms from momentary signal drops. BIDIRECTIONAL SEARCH Find your belongings: tap the iTag image on your phone and the real device starts buzzing. Find your phone: double-click the button on any iTag to make your phone ring. Double-click is used intentionally — we found that single-click causes too many accidental triggers in real life. GPS LOCATION When an iTag disconnects, iTag One records its last GPS location. View the location on Google Maps to retrace your steps. WayToday integration provides optional continuous GPS tracking at configurable intervals (1 second, 5 minutes, or 1 hour), storing up to 500 locations for 2 weeks. LIST OF FEATURES • Alarm on device out of range with sound and pop-up notification • Search things attached to an iTag from your smartphone • Search your smartphone from any iTag device • Up to 4 iTag devices can be remembered • Last-seen GPS location displayed on map • WayToday GPS tracking integration • Configurable alarm delay (0, 3, 5, or 10 seconds) • Volume modes: loud, vibration, or mute • RSSI signal strength indicator • Device color coding (6 colors) • Device labeling • Auto-restart after phone reboot • Multi-language support • Connect/disconnect by horizontal swipe PRICE The application is completely free and has no ads. If you think we did a good job, please rate it on Google Play. OPEN SOURCE iTag One is open source and its code is available on GitHub. PRIVACY We collect anonymous crash and error reports via Google Analytics. This includes technical information such as phone model and OS version. We do not collect personal information such as phone numbers, accounts, or IMEI.
