Калькулятор №1 Метод оценки эффективной дозы при проведении КТ-исследования основанный на измерениях поглощенной дозы в физических фантомах, имитирующих тело пациента. Служит мерой биологического риска облучения при КТ-исследовании и позволяет прямое сравнение с эффективной дозой при других видах рентгенодиагностических исследований. Единица измерения – мЗв. Эффективная доза рассчитывается по формуле: E = DLP*Edlp, где DLP (Dose Length Product, произведение дозы на длину) - поглощенная доза за все КТ исследование в мГр*см. Edlp - дозовый коэффициент для соответствующей анатомической области мЗв/(мГр*см). Расчет проводится по МУ 2.6.1.3584-19 "Изменения в МУ 2.6.1.2944-19 "Контроль эффективных доз облучения пациентов при проведении медицинских рентгенологических исследований" Калькулятор №2 Калькулятор предназначен для расчета абсолютного и относительного процента вымывания контрастного вещества из надпочечников при контрастном исследовании. Методика используется для дифференцирования злокачественного и доброкачественного поражения. Для интерпретации результатов должен быть рассчитан процент вымывания контраста. Для его расчета используются две формулы. Абсолютный процент вымывания: 100 x (плотность в венозной фазе (HU) - плотность в отсроченной фазе (HU))/(плотность в венозной фазе (HU)-плотность в нативной фазе (HU)) Относительный процент вымывания: 100 x (плотность в венозной фазе (HU) - плотность в отсроченной фазе (HU))/плотность в венозной фазе (HU) Калькулятор №3 Скорость клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ) – количество крови очищаемой почками за определенный период времени. СКФ является основным показателем для оценки функции почек и стадии почечной недостаточности. Скорость клубочковой фильтрации определяется по скорости очищения крови (клиренса) от определенных веществ, выводящихся почками, не подвергающихся секреции и реабсорбции в канальцах (чаще всего это креатинин, инулин, мочевина). Уравнение CKD-EPI наиболее точная формула, последняя корректировка произведена в 2021 году 142 * min(Scr/k, 1)α * max(Scr/k, 1)-1.200 * 0.9938Age * 1.012 [у женщин], где Scr - креатинин плазмы в мг/дл k = 0.7 (у женщин) или 0.9 (у мужчин) α = -0.241 (у женщин) или -0.302 (у мужчин) min(Scr/κ, 1) - минимальное значение Scr/κ или 1.0 max(Scr/κ, 1) - максимальное значение Scr/κ или 1.0 age - возраст в годах Для оценки функции почек у детей используется формула Шварца (Schwartz): k * рост (см) / креатинин плазмы (мкмоль/л), где Для мальчиков старше 13 лет: k = 0.0616 Для детей младше 3-х лет: k = 0.0313
