Career Orientation

Career Orientation is a free app for choosing a career and better understanding yourself. Who is it for? • School and university students choosing a field of study or career path; • Adults considering a career or job change; • Anyone who wants to better understand their interests, personality, and strengths. Seven methods in one app: • Introductory Test - an initial career profile; • Personality Type - your professional personality type (RIASEC / Holland); • Character Traits - key characteristics of your personality; • Interests - the types of activities you may be naturally drawn to; • Jungian Typology - your psychological personality type; • Career Anchors - what matters most to you in work and career; • Emotional Intelligence (EQ) — an assessment of your EQ with an easy-to-understand result. Features: • Easy-to-use tests with clear wording; • Answer using text or emojis; • Light and dark themes; • Results and progress are saved on your device; • Multiple user profiles on one device. Privacy: Your data is stored only on your device. No registration or cloud account is required. Important: The app is designed to help you explore career options, but it does not replace professional career guidance. The methods included in the app are adapted introductory versions of well-known approaches (RIASEC, Jung, Career Anchors, EQ, and others), not complete official tests or professional psychological assessments. If you find the app useful, please consider rating it on Google Play. You can also support the project with a voluntary donation (with no bonuses or paid features).
