Heart Monitor is a personal wellness journal. Your phone's camera and flash are used for a contact photoplethysmography (PPG) pulse reading — just press your finger against the lens for 30 seconds. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Measure your pulse with the camera (PPG) • See heart rate variability (HRV) for tracking recovery and overall wellness • Track breathing rate • Use the manual journal to log readings from external devices — a blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter, or fitness band • Browse history with Week / Month / Year / All-time filters • View trend charts for every metric • Export to PDF to keep or share with yourself • Personal profile (age, sex, height, weight) with BMI • Light, dark, and system themes • English and Russian UI PRIVACY • All data stays on your device • No account, no cloud, no sign-up • No ads, no third-party trackers • The camera is active only during a measurement HOW TO MEASURE 1. Open the app and fill out the short profile 2. Tap "Measure" 3. Press your finger firmly against the rear camera so it covers both the lens and the flash 4. Hold still for 30 seconds 5.
