Roost is the register for your guest house, homestay, motel or small hotel, on your phone. Bookings, rooms, guests, payments, receipts and expenses in one place, and it keeps working when the internet doesn't. ROOM CALENDAR Every room as a row, every stay as a bar across the week. Tap an empty day to book that room. Switch to a list of upcoming, staying, past and cancelled bookings. BOOKINGS IN A FEW TAPS Pick the guest, the dates and a free room, add extras, and take a full, part or no payment. Each booking keeps its own check-in and check-out time: 2:00 PM and 12:00 PM to start, changed with a tap. BOOKING.COM IMPORT Download the "Check-in with contact details" file from the Booking.com extranet and bring the reservations into Roost. You check each one and choose its room first. Guest names, phone numbers, dates and prices are filled in, the commission goes to your expenses, and the same reservation is never added twice. RECEIPTS GUESTS CAN CHECK Every payment gets a numbered receipt: a thermal slip or a full A4 page with your logo. Send it on WhatsApp, print it or save a PDF. Each receipt carries a QR code and a short code that anyone can check at meeri.dev/verify. WHATSAPP REMINDERS Send a polite payment reminder in English or Urdu with the amount and the stay already filled in. GUESTS Phone, ID (CNIC or passport), address, photos of the ID and the people travelling with them. ID numbers stay hidden until you tap Show. Call or WhatsApp a guest from the list. MONEY What came in, what went out and what you kept: today, this week, this month, this year or your own dates. See who still owes and remind them in one tap. EXPENSES AND BILLS Record expenses with a photo of the bill, set repeating bills and see what is due soon. Import a whole list from a spreadsheet. REPORTS Income by month, how full your rooms were, the average night and your busiest rooms. Save as PDF or spreadsheet, or send the month to your accountant. HOUSEKEEPING AND STOCK See which rooms are ready and which need cleaning. Add tasks with a date, a repeat and a photo. Keep count of towels, soap, water and other supplies. TAX Sales tax by country, your own rate, or none. Added on top or included in your prices, and shown on every receipt. REMINDERS A notification at each guest's own check-in and check-out time, an alert when a guest stays past check-out, a morning summary and an evening report. Quiet hours and soft sounds. WORKS OFFLINE Keep working with no signal. Bookings, guests and rooms are saved on the phone and sync when you are back online. FILTER EVERY LIST All dates, today, this week, this month or custom dates, on receipts, expenses, guests, the calendar list, housekeeping and activity. SAFE BY DESIGN Sign in with Google or email. Your data belongs to your business only. Everything you change is kept in Activity. Erased data and deleted accounts can be restored for 30 days.
