Plantly Inventory

Plantly Inventory is a calm, offline-first companion for houseplant owners. Track every plant, never miss a watering, and keep your whole collection organized — all on your device, with no account and no ads. 🌿 EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Plantly Inventory works fully offline. Your plants, photos and notes live on your phone. No sign-up, no cloud required (sync is an optional subscription), and zero telemetry by default — crash and usage reporting are strictly opt-in. 💧 SMART CARE REMINDERS • Per-plant reminders for watering, fertilizing, misting, repotting, pruning and more • Adaptive scheduling that learns your real care rhythm • Fixed, adaptive or one-off recurrence • Quiet hours (do-not-disturb) and per-plant / per-type muting • Reliable local notifications that survive a reboot 🗓️ A CALENDAR THAT MAKES SENSE Week, month and year views show what's due and what you've already done. Log care in the past or future, snooze a task, or tick it off with a swipe. 🪴 ORGANIZE YOUR COLLECTION • Group plants into Spaces — rooms, shelves, balconies, outdoor beds • Add a room photo and drop pins to map exactly where each plant lives • Tags, full-text search (including by tag) and flexible sorting • Filter by status, location or tag 📸 PHOTOS & HISTORY • Attach several photos per plant, reorder and caption them • Automatic thumbnails and compression to save space • A complete care timeline for every plant, with per-plant statistics 🌱 MORE THAN A TRACKER • Record propagation, gifting, selling or loss with a simple inventory ledger • Create custom care types with your own colors and intervals • Beautiful light and dark themes 🔒 BACKUP & CONTROL • One-tap encrypted JSON or ZIP-with-photos backup • CSV and iCal (.ics) export • Import to restore or move to a new phone • Available in English and Romanian ☁️ INVENTORY CLOUD (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) The app stays free and works fully offline. If you want more, Inventory Cloud adds: • Sync between phone and web — the same collection on inventory.plantly.ro and on all your devices • Automatic cloud backup, so nothing is lost when you change phones • Shared collections with family or friends (every member needs a subscription) • Your photos in the cloud, available anywhere The subscription is bought in the app (Google Play) and is included in Plantly Pro. Without it, everything stays on your phone exactly as before — your data is never deleted. Plantly Inventory is free and privacy-respecting. Plant a little order in your life. 🌿
