Parcurs

Parcurs brings mileage logs, GPS journeys, fuel records and vehicle administration together in one app, with Romanian and English interfaces for phones and tablets. WORKING DAYS AND GPS JOURNEYS • Start a working day and record multiple departures and arrivals, with times, addresses and distances. Add or edit the destination name and purpose of each journey. • Browse saved days in the calendar, preview routes and view a monthly summary. Reopen the current day to keep its journeys together. • Background recording operates between START DAY and STOP DAY, including with the screen off. A persistent notification provides access to day controls. • Receive alerts for movement without an active trip and prolonged stops. Recover detected routes or reject movement that does not belong to your vehicle. GPS points are saved incrementally, and tracking can resume after a restart. ODOMETER AND DAY REVIEW Enter the initial odometer reading and confirm the dashboard reading when closing the day. Parcurs flags differences from GPS distance and distributes the confirmed distance proportionally across journeys. The day review provides a quality score and guided corrections before closing. FUEL RECEIPTS AND CONSUMPTION Enter refuelling records manually, photograph a receipt or import it from the gallery. On-device OCR, including an advanced mode, extracts fuel type, quantity, supplier, date and document number. Check and correct results before saving. Keep receipt images for later viewing, edit records or delete them. Fuel compatibility checks and possible-duplicate warnings help review entries. Mark full and partial refills to calculate consumption between two full tanks. VEHICLE, DOCUMENTS AND MAINTENANCE Set up company, driver, registration and vehicle details, including fuel type, body style and colour. Keep histories for Romanian motor insurance (RCA), road vignette, technical inspection (ITP) and servicing, with dates and odometer readings. Receive expiry and service reminders, confirm new deadlines and correct previous entries. SAVED PLACES Create points of interest from departures and arrivals, with names and recognition radiuses. Automatically fill journey location names, open saved points in Google Maps and import or export the list in XLSX format. REPORTS AND ROUTE ANALYSIS Generate PDF mileage reports for one or several days: company, vehicle, driver, departures, arrivals, addresses, purposes and distances, plus fuel summaries and receipt attachments. View saved reports and share them when needed. Export a verification ZIP containing an HTML report, a 2D map, coordinates and integrity information. Optional offline road data adds road categories, names, available speed limits and possible speeding indicators. The current downloadable road package covers Romania. This analysis is informative and is not a legal speed measurement. LOCAL DATA AND BACKUPS Working records and receipts remain on your device, with an encrypted database. Create password-protected backups and restore them, including on another phone. Selectively delete your data when needed. No ads. Firebase is used for authentication and diagnostics. ACCESS Monthly and annual Google Play subscriptions are available, with prices shown before purchase and a three-day free trial for eligible accounts. Sign in with Google to purchase or restore a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play. Offline subscription access is limited to 24 hours after successful verification. GPS recording and reminders depend on permissions and device settings. Document categories and receipt recognition are primarily designed for Romania; review extracted information and reports before use.
