EnTasked

EnTasked is the project management and timesheet app for cadastral and land surveying offices. Track the status of every job, coordinate your surveyors and log the hours worked — in the field or at the office. REAL-TIME JOB STATUS Always know exactly where your jobs stand. Every job carries its own steps, each with an owner, a due date and live progress. PROJECT MANAGEMENT PER JOB The job is the project: ordered steps, owners, due dates and blockers in plain sight. See who is working on what, who is free and what comes next. TIMESHEETS AND TIME TRACKING Log hours straight onto the step you worked on — no paperwork, no separate timesheet. The dashboard shows your hours and your team's, for today and for the week, against the daily target. CONFIGURABLE DASHBOARD Pick the modules that matter for your role: my hours, team hours, planned work, my jobs, jobs I follow. BUILT FOR SURVEYING WORK Made for what a surveying office actually does: cadastral registration, land division, topographic surveys, site plans — each job carrying its client, address and documentation. SECURE AND COMPLIANT Sign in with your Microsoft work account, data isolated per organisation and access governed by rights. You see and do exactly what your role allows. ALSO ON THE WEB The mobile app uses the same account and the same data as the EnTasked web app. Start a job at the office, carry on in the field. FREE TRIAL New offices get four weeks of full access, with no credit card. An EnTasked account is required. The subscription is contracted by your company outside the app.
