EduWin: Learn with Lumio

EduWin is a friendly and secure educational app created specifically for children in Romania (grades 0-8). Alongside Lumio, a cheerful little light-bulb mascot who guides children patiently with helpful hints, young learners discover that studying can be as engaging as playing a game. Every activity is designed for bite-sized sessions of 5 to 10 minutes per day, following the structure of the Romanian school curriculum: reinforcing classroom lessons without stress, pressure, or advertisements. WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN EDUWIN: • Preparatory Class (Grade 0): - Guided letter and number tracing on screen to build fine motor skills. - Voice exercises ("Speak the word"): the child says the answer aloud, recognized in Romanian by the device. - Audio read-aloud for all instructions, so non-readers can navigate independently. - Memory match games, geometric shape recognition, and animal learning. • Primary School (Grades 1–4): - Romanian Language: vocabulary, spelling, syllabification, parts of speech, and reading comprehension. - Mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and illustrated word problems. - Natural Sciences: environmental exploration, celestial bodies, plants, and animals. - Step-by-step explanations on mistakes, helping children understand the reasoning behind each concept. • Lower Secondary School (Grades 5–8): - Core concept consolidation in mathematics and Romanian language. - Socratic guidance with Lumio: progressive clues that prompt students to discover answers on their own. • Integrated Educational Games: - Engaging mini-games (Lightning, Tower, Tubes, Pairs) where gameplay mechanics directly reinforce learning skills. - Children match pairs, sort categories, and solve challenges that make practice fun. • Spaced Repetition and Healthy Habits: - Smart spaced repetition scheduling: concepts that need review reappear at optimal intervals until mastered. - Gentle streak tracking and daily reward chests that celebrate effort without penalizing breaks. CHILD SAFETY & PRIVACY FOR PARENTS: • 100% Ad-Free: no banner ads, video interruptions, or commercial promotions. • No Personal Data Collected: we do not ask for a child's real name, phone number, email address, or photos. • Anonymous Profiles: the app generates a playful nickname (such as "TigruVesel42") for friendly grade-level leaderboards. • Parent Gate: important decisions, including account deletion, are guarded by an adult math verification question. • Complete Data Control: erase the account and all local/server data instantly from the Profile screen at any time. • Works Offline: once a grade pack is downloaded, exercises work anywhere without an internet connection. EduWin is developed in Romania to give every student an accessible, warm, and engaging way to practice and thrive. Questions or feedback? Reach out to us anytime at [email protected].
