RefManager

Take control of every match — from kick-off to final whistle. RefManager is the professional referee game management app built for Rugby Union, Rugby League, and Soccer referees. Whether you're managing a grassroots fixture or a competitive league match, RefManager keeps you focused on the game — not on paperwork. ⏱ PRECISION TIMER A count-up clock that never lets you down. Pause, resume, and progress through periods with a single tap. The timer runs as a foreground service on Android — it stays alive even when your screen dims or you switch apps. 📋 ONE-TAP EVENT LOGGING Log every try, conversion, penalty, card, and substitution instantly. Scores are calculated automatically from every logged event — no manual entry, no mistakes. The full event timeline gives you a complete record of the match as it happens. 🎨 TEAM KIT COLOURS Set your home and away team kit colours from a built-in library of real-world kits — Springbok Green, All Blacks Black, Man City Sky, Arsenal Red, and 20 more — or dial in any colour with the full HSV colour picker. Kit colours flow through to the scoreboard, event rows, reports, and charts. ⌚ WATCH COMPANION — APPLE WATCH & WEAR OS Keep your phone in your pocket. The RefManager watch companion mirrors the live timer and score on your wrist, and lets you log events and control periods without touching your phone. Works on Apple Watch via WCSession and Wear OS via Bluetooth LE — both with live page-indicator navigation and bidirectional sync. 📊 MATCH REPORT EXPORT Generate a professionally branded match report the moment the final whistle blows. Export as a 2-page PDF with scoreboard, match statistics, and full event timeline — or as a 4-sheet Excel workbook with a stats chart, scoring progression, and event log. Share instantly via the native share sheet. 📁 COMPLETE GAME HISTORY Every match is stored locally on your device. No account required, no cloud dependency, no subscription.
