Trilho: Portugal transport

Find your route, check the next departure and make sense of public transport fares in Portugal. Trilho does not sell or validate tickets and does not handle any public service request. Plan the trip that fits your day Choose your starting point and destination, then compare available public transport routes. Set a departure or arrival time and see the walking sections, connections and available fare information. Found a place in Google Maps? Tap Share and pick Trilho: it opens in Plan as your destination. Explore Lisbon and Porto by metro The metro maps fill the screen. Tap two stations to see which line to take, in which direction, where to change and which street each exit opens onto. Search for a station by name or zoom in. Read your Navegante card Hold your Navegante card to the back of your phone (Android with NFC or iPhone) to see its balance, passes and latest taps. Your tap history shows what each trip cost and the balance it left. Trilho doesn’t top up or validate cards, and it can’t read the balance or trips on Porto’s Andante card. See strikes and closures before you go Trilho gathers service notices from CP, Carris Metropolitana and the Lisbon and Porto metros. A general strike shows on the Home screen, and if a line on your route has a notice, that route option flags it. For the CP closures we track you see the replacement bus with the stops and times CP publishes: in routes, train timetables and station boards. Know what leaves next Find nearby stops and check departure boards. Browse train schedules and calling stops, search bus lines or choose a ferry terminal to see departures. Live estimates are shown for Carris Metropolitana when available. Other times are scheduled. Understand tickets and fares Read practical guides to tickets, zapping and travel passes. Check fare information where available before you set off. Keep your regular trips close Save places, routes and favorite lines. Open recent searches without typing everything again. Use the app in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French or German, in light or dark mode. No account is needed. Route searches and departure updates need an internet connection. Coverage, fares and service notices depend on the data available for each operator; they are not complete for every area or service.
