O NOS Communicator é uma aplicação multiplataforma atualmente disponível para smartphone, tablet e laptop/desktop. Esta aplicação é um softclient, opcional e parte integrante das soluções de telefonia IP, comunicações vídeo e gestão de serviço da NOS Comunicações SA. Nota: Para a utilização deste softclient é necessário ter ativo o serviço cloud de comunicações NOS UC da NOS Comunicações SA e a subscrição da respetiva opção. Com o NOS Communicator, os seus utilizadores passam a ter disponível um dispositivo multimédia avançado, com uma interface intuitiva e coerente entre os vários tipos de plataformas, totalmente integrado com os serviços e funcionalidades avançadas do serviço NOS UC. O NOS Communicator integrado nas soluções da NOS permite: - Efetuar chamadas ou videochamadas através do seu smartphone; - Realizar transferências, conferências, parquear e recuperar chamadas de forma simples e intuitiva; - Configurar as opções mais necessárias do seu serviço de voz fixa em mobilidade, nomeadamente: reencaminhamentos, não perturbar, número anónimo ou toque simultâneo; - Integrar o seu diretório corporativo com os seus contactos pessoais presentes no seu smartphone; - Consultar o registo de chamadas; - Estender ou usufruir da sua extensão fixa fora do escritório, em qualquer lugar; - Ter uma só identidade para múltiplos dispositivos (telefones IP, vários softclient); - Mudar de dispositivo de atendimento durante uma chamada sem perda de continuidade de conversação; - Usufruir das suas condições do seu serviço de comunicações fora do escritório sem custos acrescidos. Adicionalmente, com o NOS Communicator, pode ter acesso à subscrição do módulo opcional de colaboração, composto pelos seguintes serviços: - Instant Messaging corporativo; - Presença colaboração; - Sala pessoal virtual de conferência áudio e vídeo, para realizar reuniões de forma ágil e dedicada. Para poder utilizar este softclient é necessário: - Ser cliente e ter ativo o serviço de comunicações NOS UC da NOS Comunicações SA; - Subscrever a opção correspondente à utilização do NOS Communicator; - Ter uma ligação LAN, Wi-Fi ou dados móveis 3G/4G; - Ter acesso direto ou indireto a serviço público Internet para resolução de nomes DNS.
