Probevel

Streamline your welding preparation and steel fabrication workflow with PROBEVEL, the official mobile app designed specifically for operators, engineers, and users of PROMOTECH beveling machines. Take the guesswork out of plate and pipe beveling 😊 PROBEVEL provides precise geometric calculations, multi-pass machining plans, and automatically recommends the correct cutting inserts for your specific job in just a few taps. Key Features: Precise Bevel Geometry Calculator: Instantly calculate face width, bevel angle, or material thickness parameters based on your input values. Supports both metric (mm) and imperial (in) units. Accurate Multi-Pass Planning: Find out exactly how many passes your PROMOTECH machine needs to achieve the desired bevel profile safely and efficiently. Cutting Insert Selector: Never struggle with part numbers again. The app automatically matches your selected machine and material type (Alloy steel, Carbon steel, or Aluminium) with the exact carbide cutting inserts required. Full Machine Support: Seamless integration and pre-configured data for all major PROMOTECH beveling equipment, including the BM, ABM, and SBM series (such as BM-7, BM-18, BM-21, BM-25, ABM-R5, ABM-30, ABM-50, and more). How it works: Choose your bevel geometry input type (e.g., Face width). Enter your dimensions, bevel angle, and plate thickness. Select your work material and your specific PROMOTECH machine model. Instantly view your results under the "Passes" and "Insert" tabs to set up your machine perfectly. Note: The provided values are for reference. Exact settings should always be configured according to the official PROMOTECH operating manual. Download PROBEVEL today and maximize the efficiency of your beveling operations!
