Prometheus Workout + Nutrition Live

TRAIN LIKE A CHAMPION Prometheus is the complete training system developed by professional athletes and coaches from powerlifting, weightlifting, and athletic sports. Whether you're tracking your lifts, optimizing nutrition, or seeking guidance from an AI coach that actually understands strength training – Prometheus delivers. VELOCITY BASED TRAINING (VBT) Your phone camera becomes a precision training tool. Prometheus analyzes your barbell speed in real-time to measure true performance – not just weight on the bar. Know exactly when to push harder and when to recover. No expensive sensors required. AI COACHING THAT GETS IT Ask anything about training, technique, or programming. Our AI coach is built on real coaching knowledge from thousands of sessions with athletes ranging from beginners to Olympic competitors. Get answers that make sense, not generic fitness advice. SMART NUTRITION TRACKING Snap a photo of your meal – Prometheus identifies ingredients and calculates macros automatically. Set targets, track progress, and understand how nutrition impacts your performance. Simple enough for daily use, detailed enough for serious athletes. COMPLETE WORKOUT LOGGING Log exercises with sets, reps, weight, and RPE. Track personal records automatically. Visualize progress over time with clear charts and statistics. Access a library of 1200+ exercises with proper technique guidance. COMMUNITY & CHALLENGES Connect with athletes who share your drive. Join challenges like Max Out On Time or Rep Challenges to test yourself against the community. Find training partners, share progress, and stay motivated together.
