Entwickelt von der ProCarement GmbH, ist die App als Medizinprodukt zertifiziert und als digitale Gesundheitsanwendung (DiGA) beim Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte vorläufig gelistet und hilft Dir dabei, Deinen Gesundheitszustand besser zu verstehen und eigenständig zu managen.
Wichtige Funktionen der App:
• Direktes Feedback: Erhalte sofortige Rückmeldungen zu Deinen eingegebenen
Messwerten.
• Medikamentenplan: Organisiere Deine Medikamente mit Erinnerungsfunktionen, damit Du keine Einnahme verpasst.
• Dokumentenarchiv: Sichere und verwalte all Deine medizinischen Dokumente an einem Ort.
