SupermediaGO to aplikacja mobilna przeznaczona dla abonentów usługi SupermediaGO posiadających aktywne konto w elektronicznym Portalu Klienta Supermedia (https://ebok.supermedia.cloud). Aplikacja umożliwia oglądanie wybranych kanałów telewizyjnych na żywo na smartfonie lub tablecie. Aktualna lista dostępnych kanałów znajduje się na stronie www.supermediago.pl. Najważniejsze funkcje: Dostęp do oferty telewizyjnej na maksymalnie 10 urządzeniach mobilnych (jednoczesne oglądanie na 3 urządzeniach). Replay TV – możliwość obejrzenia programu emitowanego w ciągu ostatnich 3 dni. Time Shift – cofanie i przewijanie aktualnie oglądanego programu. Nagrywanie – uruchomienie w trakcie emisji lub zaplanowanie nagrania z wyprzedzeniem (dostępność przez 30 dni). Podgląd dostępnych kanałów bez konieczności logowania. Rekomendacje programów, seriali i filmów (zakładka „Moje Listy”). Lista najpopularniejszych pozycji na podstawie statystyk oglądalności. Program TV ze szczegółowymi opisami (zakładka „Teraz w TV”). Do instalacji wymagane jest: urządzenie z systemem Android 4.4 lub nowszej, aktywne konto w Portalu Klienta Supermedia, obowiązująca umowa na usługę SupermediaGO. Oglądanie treści możliwe jest wyłącznie w osiedlowej sieci Internet Supermedia (z wyłączeniem łączy komercyjnych Supermedia). Ze względu na ochronę praw nadawców aplikacja działa wyłącznie na urządzeniach z niemodyfikowanym systemem operacyjnym.
