Do not rely on a match for legal, medical, inheritance, citizenship or identity decisions. Privacy comes first: • Profiles and trees are private by default. • Personal details, contact information, addresses and precise locations are not revealed automatically. • Profile access and tree connections require clear consent from both users. • You choose what to share and can withdraw access. • Information about living people should be added only when you have the right to do so. Genesis is designed only for genealogy and family-history research. It is not a dating app and does not provide romantic matching.
