What makes Pause unique is its integration with a physical device that adds an extra layer of conscious decision-making. To access blocked apps, simply tap Pause. This physical interaction creates a moment of awareness, making phone use more intentional and less impulsive. Pause doesn’t just block distracting apps. It helps you become more mindful of how you use your phone and create a healthier balance between technology and everyday life. **Accessibility Service Disclosure:** Pause uses the AccessibilityService API to detect the currently active application. This is necessary to enable app blocking and prevent access to the distracting apps you have selected. We do not use this service to collect or share any personal data.
