Add a budget with a daily, weekly, or monthly limit, and Gecko Budget will send you a notification when you approach or exceed it. Monitor your expenses from any app, not just banking ones. If the selected app sends notifications containing the transaction amount, Gecko Budget will intercept them and add them to your expense list, no manual entry required. Main characteristics: - Full privacy - all data is stored only on your device and no login to any bank or other accounts is required. The app has no internet permission as a guarantee of privacy. The Android system will not allow any connection. - Browse trends and statistics to fully understand your habits as the first step toward better budget management. - Gecko Budget was written by a human, not generated by AI. It focuses primarily on solving real problems that hundreds of other apps of this type struggle with - the need for manual expense entry or lack of data privacy. I care about quality, not the quantity of features. I wrote this app in my free time after work as a hobby. It is not perfect and bugs will certainly appear. My ability to test with different banks is limited and I cannot predict everything, so if you encounter any problem, please contact me before leaving a low rating. I will do my best to solve your issue. This kind of feedback will also improve the app for other users. Gecko Budget is completely free and ad-free because it is my hobby project. If there is interest in the solutions I prepared in this app, I have some ideas for additional paid features for more demanding users. These will be one-time payments - I'm personally tired of the ubiquitous subscriptions and have no intention of contributing to that problem.
