BearForce

Train in a clear direction. A professional tool for tracking your training, with plans overseen by coaches working in professional sport. BearForce organises your training records and the data needed to guide the next decisions. We designed BearForce to help you keep your attention on the exercises during training. WHO IT IS FOR You do not need to be a professional athlete. You need to be willing to train consistently, measure progress and keep raising the bar. Access is for people working with BearForce coaches. Our team activates your account. HOW IT WORKS 1. We understand your starting point. You fill in a questionnaire about your goal, experience and expectations. Your coach selects the tests needed to plan the work ahead. 2. Your coach prepares a training block. The information gathered and your test results form the basis of a multi-week training block. 3. You train with the app. BearForce guides you set by set and counts down exercise and rest times. You record results as you go, after a superset or after completing the whole workout. 4. Your coach reviews your training. Recorded loads, reps, perceived exertion (RPE) and notes help your coach assess how you follow the plan and prepare the next block. IN THE APP • Training calendar and history. • Sports events calendar. Add competitions and sport-specific training sessions for your coach to take into account when planning. • Set-by-set training guidance and videos demonstrating exercise technique. • Strength tests and results as a reference point for future training blocks. • Your own exercise recordings, saved alongside your results. • Private chat with your coach, also available during training: text, voice messages, photos and video. • Wellness and recovery questionnaires. • Heart rate from a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitor during sessions and workouts saved to Health Connect — optional, with your consent. • Training notifications. TRAINING AND HEALTH The app is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent diseases or other medical conditions. The information, results and guidance available in the app do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional about health concerns and before making decisions about diagnosis or treatment.
