Full description

EdCo is a billing and fee collection app built for Pakistan — for the schools, businesses and organisations that send invoices, and the people who pay them. FOR SCHOOLS, BUSINESSES & ORGANISATIONS Run your billing from your phone — no accounting software, no dedicated billing staff, no register that only one person can read. • Send one-time or recurring invoices in seconds • Automatic instalment plans, discounts and overdue penalties • Every payment method in one ledger — 1BILL, RAAST, cards, cash and bank transfer • Real-time reconciliation — every payment matched to its invoice the moment it lands • Multi-branch support — one account, every campus or location, one view • Reports on what's collected, what's due and what's late, anytime • Reminders sent automatically by WhatsApp, email and push notification, before and after each due date Built for schools, colleges and academies billing tuition and exam fees; businesses billing membership dues, instalment sales or subscriptions; and organisations and societies collecting membership fees, donations or event dues. Powered by Pakistan's national payment rails — 1BILL and RAAST — so money moves the way it already does at your bank, just without the paperwork. FOR EVERYONE YOU INVOICE The moment you send someone an invoice on EdCo, they get the same easy experience: every bill from you (and anyone else using EdCo) in one place, paid by 1BILL, RAAST or card, with an instant digital receipt and a reminder before it's due.
