RxPad PH is an offline-first prescription documentation app designed for licensed physicians in the Philippines. Create organized prescription drafts, review them in an A5 preview, and generate professional PDF documents directly from your Android device. RxPad PH keeps its core workflow simple, fast, and available without requiring an online account. KEY FEATURES • Physician profile and credentials Add your name, specialty, PRC number, PTR number, signature, and clinic information. • Multiple clinics Save several clinics with addresses, contact details, and optional schedules. The prescription header automatically adjusts its layout based on the number of clinics. • Patient records Create reusable patient profiles containing the information needed for prescription documents. Patient age is optional. • Flexible prescription composer Add medicine and non-medicine items, reorder entries, and collapse completed sections to keep longer prescriptions manageable. • Medicine name suggestions Search matching generic medicine names after entering at least three characters. You can still enter medicines that are not in the built-in list and optionally save them for future use. • Editable Sig instructions Enter clear free-text instructions for each medicine. Suggested text can help reduce repetitive encoding while remaining fully editable. • Draft and confirmed prescriptions Save unfinished prescriptions as drafts. Confirmed prescriptions are preserved as issued records and cannot be silently edited. • Prescription record actions Archive prescriptions you no longer want displayed, copy an existing prescription into a new editable draft, or permanently delete a prescription after confirmation. • A5 PDF documents Preview and generate A5 prescription PDFs with a compact physician header, patient information, medicine quantity, Sig instructions, signature, credentials, and automatic multi-page support. • Zoomable PDF preview Pinch to zoom and drag the prescription preview for closer inspection before issuing or sharing the document. • Offline-first storage Core patient, prescription, clinic, and PDF workflows operate locally on your device.
