Parada

Parada is a parking and mobility app for the Philippines. It starts with the parking slot sitting empty in your own building — and turns it into something a neighbour can book and you can earn from. SHARED PARKING Most condo buildings have slots nobody is using, and residents circling for somewhere to park. Parada connects the two. Find a slot • Browse available slots in your property, with photos, rates and the exact availability window • Book by the hour, day, week or month — whichever the owner offers • Instant Book on slots the owner has opened up; no waiting for approval • Can't find one? Post an on-demand request and let owners come to you • Extend a booking if you're running late, or move it to a different window before it starts • Confirm arrival and departure from your phone; access instructions are shared once you're paid • Chat with the owner, save favourites, and rate the space afterwards Earn from your slot • Register your parking space for review, then list it whenever it's free • Set your own rates per hour, day, week or month, and block the dates you need it • Approve or decline requests, or let Instant Book handle whole-window bookings • Track earnings and get paid out to GCash, Maya, GoTyme, BPI, BDO or RCBC CAR RENTAL Rent a car from a local host, or earn from the one parked in your garage. • Self-drive or with a driver, depending on what the host offers • Photo checklists at pickup and return, so the car's condition is agreed by both sides, in writing • Insurance coverage noted on every booking, underwritten by Pioneer • Emergency contacts available for the length of your trip • Hosts list a car, set daily rates and availability, approve bookings and get paid out the same way VERIFIED, BY DESIGN Parada is built around who you actually are. • Residency verification — confirmed either by Parada or by your building's management office, so you're booking among neighbours • Identity verification for car rental, reviewed by our team • Parking spaces are reviewed before they can be listed • Payments are handled by Xendit; Parada never stores your card COMING SOON Parada Storage and Commercial Parking are on the way. You'll see them in the app when they open in your area. BEFORE YOU INSTALL Parada operates in the Philippines. Booking a parking slot requires a confirmed residency at that property — you can browse straight away, and verification is a step inside the app. Car rental requires identity verification.
