HOAS Gatepass

HOAS Gatepass is the official mobile scanner app for security guards using HOAS.PH — the all-in-one HOA management platform for Philippine homeowners associations. Built for the gate, optimized for speed. Guards open the app, scan a visitor's QR code, and the visit is logged in real time. No paper logbooks, no lost records. KEY FEATURES • QR Code Scanning — Point your camera at any HOAS.PH gate pass to check visitors in and out in seconds. • Live Visitor Status — Instantly see who's currently inside the subdivision: Pending, Visitor IN, Visitor Out, or Cancelled. • Search & Filter — Look up visitors by name, plate number, contact, status, or date. • ID Photo Capture — Snap a photo of a visitor's ID; AI auto-fills the visitor's name. • Multiple Visit Types — Visit, Delivery, Service/Repair, Construction, Meeting, or custom purposes. • Property Destination — Every gate pass is linked to a specific property so the right homeowner is notified. • Guard Accounts — Restricted login for guards only. No access to billing, accounting, or homeowner data. • Export Reports — Push visitor logs to CSV for security audits and HOA reports. • Works on any modern Android phone — designed for low-end devices and quick gate-side use.
