AST Workspace Kiosk turns a shared company tablet into a self-service station for your team. Employees clock in and out, check their records, and file requests without needing their own device — and managers can review and approve their team's work right at the kiosk. An AST Workspace company account is required to use this app. ATTENDANCE • Time in and time out with face recognition or a QR code • Photo and GPS location captured with every punch • Personal attendance history with daily summaries TIMESHEETS AND LEAVE • View your own timesheet records and pay details • File leave requests, pick multiple dates, and attach supporting documents • Track approval status, edit pending requests, or cancel them • See your remaining leave balances before you file FOR MANAGERS • Review the team's timesheets on a monthly calendar • Approve or revert a member's day, add manual time entries and allowances • Review team leave requests and approve or decline them per day • Browse team members and their contact details COMPANY UPDATES • Read company news and announcements posted for your organization • Switch between the companies you have access to BUILT FOR SHARED DEVICES Each person is identified by their own QR code or face before any personal information is shown, so one tablet can serve a whole office, site, or branch.
