Create a company profile, find suppliers and buyers, send and answer requests for quotation, and keep your books - all from your phone. Signing up is free and takes a couple of minutes. All you need is your business name, your location, and a short description of what you offer. Sari-sari stores, solo entrepreneurs, service providers, traders and growing suppliers are all welcome, whether or not the business is registered. WHAT YOU CAN DO Build your business profile Publish a profile with your products and services, logo, location and contact details. Your profile has its own link that you can share on Facebook, Messenger or directly with a customer - no website needed. Find suppliers and customers Search companies and products across the network by name, category and location, and read a business profile before you reach out. Request quotes, send quotations Post a product request describing what you need, receive quotations from sellers, compare them, and turn the one you accept into a purchase order. On the selling side, see incoming requests, send your quotation, and track orders through to completion. Message businesses directly Company-to-company chat for negotiating terms, sending specifications and following up on an order. Post and follow Buzz A feed of short posts from businesses on the network - promotions, new stock, procurement needs and announcements. B-Keeper bookkeeping, free with your account Record sales and expenses, see who owes you what, and keep track of cash on hand. Simple mode walks you through each entry step by step. Advanced mode gives you a full ledger with chart of accounts, contacts, transactions and reports. B-Keeper keeps working when your connection drops and syncs once you are back online. B-Hive Academy Short, practical articles on registering, pricing, describing and growing a business in the Philippines. Team access On the Team plan, invite your staff to your company account so more than one person can handle quotes, orders and messages. FREE, PRO AND TEAM Free includes one user, your company profile, search, product requests and quotations, the full CRM, simple sales and expense tracking in B-Keeper, up to 10 active products, up to 10 active chats and one Buzz post a day. Pro adds unlimited chats and Buzz posts, up to 100 active products, B-Keeper Advanced mode, priority placement in search results and eligibility for business verification. Pro costs PHP 499 per month or PHP 5,000 per year. Team is everything in Pro for three users including the owner, with roles, permissions and team management. Team costs PHP 1,299 per month or PHP 13,000 per year. Prices include VAT. Subscriptions purchased in this app are billed through your Google Play account and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the Play Store under Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
