This application is designed as a secure, real-time reporting platform for submitting examination irregularities and malpractice incidents to West African Examinations Council. It enables authorized users—such as supervisors, invigilators, and examination officials—to instantly capture and transmit verified reports directly from the examination center. The system allows users to document incidents as they occur by providing structured input forms that capture key details such as candidate information, type of malpractice, time, location, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos, or written statements). Once submitted, these reports are transmitted in real time to a centralized monitoring system, ensuring that WAEC officials can respond quickly and take appropriate action. In addition to reporting, the app can include features such as: * **Geo-tagging and timestamps** to validate the authenticity of reports * **Role-based access control** to ensure only authorized personnel can submit or view reports * **Offline capture with later sync** for areas with limited connectivity * **Audit trails** to track all submissions and actions taken * **Dashboard and analytics** for WAEC administrators to monitor trends, hotspots, and recurring issues By digitizing and centralizing the reporting process, the app reduces delays, minimizes data manipulation, and enhances transparency and accountability in the examination process.
