TNC Sim is an independent, open-source CNC milling simulator for Heidenhain TNC Klartext programming. It is designed for milling programs. Write and edit NC programs in a touch-friendly editor, inspect the XY toolpath, and visualize machining with a 3D material-removal simulation. Features: • 3D simulation of CNC milling and material removal • 2D XY toolpath view • 15 interactive lessons • Klartext blocks including L, C, CC, CR, RND, and CHF • Drilling and milling cycles • RL/RR radius compensation • Tool table with flat, ball-nose, torus, and conical milling tools • Live syntax highlighting and built-in demo programs • English and German interface • Dark and light themes • Fully offline operation TNC Sim is intended for learning, program development, and visualization. It is an early release and its results may differ from a real TNC control. Always verify NC programs independently before using them for actual machining.
