Coptic Leader

Coptic Leader was designed and written inside the Sunday school ministry of St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Washington, DC. - by all the people who were unhappily running their ministry on spreadsheets, group chats, and memory. This app replaces all three! FOR SERVANTS • See your assigned kids and who is due for a visit next • Log outreach in seconds — calls, texts, visits, prayers • Track your lessons, submit on time, and get feedback from your coordinator • RSVP to Friday Night Activities and ministry events • Chat with your class team and the whole ministry • Get reminders that actually matter — meetings, lessons, RSVPs • Works offline: attendance, RSVPs and outreach you record with no signal are saved on your phone and sent the moment you are back online FOR COORDINATORS • A live dashboard of everything that needs your attention • Outreach health for the whole ministry — who is keeping up, which kids still need a visit • Attendance metrics by class and by servant • Approvals, servant rosters, meeting turnout, and announcements • Set your own deadlines, Friday-night scope and outreach expectations BUILT FOR MINISTRY • Private to your ministry — accounts are provisioned by coordinators, and there is no public sign-up • Biometric app lock for sensitive data • Fast, native, and shares one workspace with the iPhone app CURIOUS WHAT IT IS LIKE? Tap "Explore the demo ministry" on the sign-in screen to tour a fully working sample ministry — no account needed, and every name in it is fictional. Want Coptic Leader for your own church? Reach out through the support page for onboarding and pricing. Coptic Leader is for ministry staff and volunteers. It is not a children's app — children never sign in. Records about children are entered by vetted adult servants, with parental consent gathered by the church.
