SPSM Connect

SPSM Connect is the app of St. Philopater Mercurius & St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church — the parish's photographs, calendar, forms and services, on your phone. SHARE THE PHOTOGRAPHS YOU TOOK The camera sits in the middle of the tab bar, because sending a photograph is the thing this app is for. Take one, or pick from your library, choose where it belongs, and it goes to the church galleries. Uploads carry on in the background and finish on their own if you close the app or lose signal. BROWSE EVERY GALLERY Photographs are organised the way the church is: by ministry, then by year, camp week, trip or day. Every level shows what is beneath it, so you can start at Summer Camp and end at a single afternoon. A link someone sends you opens on the same page here that it does on the website. KNOW WHAT IS ON The parish calendar has the liturgies, feasts, meetings and ministry events, by month or by day. Tap an event for the details, and ask to be reminded about the ones you do not want to miss. FILL IN THE CHURCH'S FORMS Registrations, requests and sign-ups live in one place — including the summer camp servant sign-up, with its weeks, roles and waiver. Where a form carries a fee, you can pay by card or Apple Pay without leaving the app. THE BOOKSTORE AND GIVING Browse what the bookstore has, add to a basket and check out. Give to the church in a few taps, whenever you mean to. WATCH LIVE When a service is being streamed you can watch it here, and past streams stay available afterwards. GET TO KNOW US Who we are, what we believe, our patron saints, a welcome for newcomers, and where the parish is going next — written for anyone, whether you have been here for twenty years or have never walked in. SERVICE TIMES AND DIRECTIONS Service times, the address on a map, and a way to reach the church office. NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR TERMS Choose what you hear about — announcements, events, or nothing at all — and change your mind whenever you like. FOR SERVANTS AND STAFF Those who serve get the tools their role needs, and nothing more: camp attendance and groups, form submissions and the form builder, bookstore orders. What you see depends on what the church has entrusted to you. SPSM Connect is made for this parish, and it is free. Everyone is welcome.
