Save each dog's details once, find shows near you before they close, and prepare entries with the paperwork already filled in. If you show dogs, you have typed the same registered name, registration number, breed, sex, birth date, and owner address into a dozen different forms. RingReady is where that information lives once. WHAT YOU CAN FIND Conformation shows, agility trials, obedience trials, rally, scent work, barn hunt, tracking tests, herding, lure coursing, dock diving and Fast CAT. Clubs name their own events, so anything a club runs can be listed and prepared for. FOR EXHIBITORS - Keep reusable profiles for every dog you show: registered name, call name, registration number, breed, variety, sex, date of birth, titles, and breeder and owner details. - Search for upcoming shows by date and by how far you are willing to drive. - See closing dates before they pass, not after. - Review classes and build an entry with your saved details already filled in, then continue to the club's or superintendent's official entry process to finish it. - Keep the shows you are considering in one list instead of a phone full of screenshots. RingReady prepares your entry. It does not accept it. The club, superintendent, or show secretary named on the show holds the official record, sets the closing date, and decides what has been received. RingReady always tells you which stage you are at and who holds the entry. FOR SHOW CHAIRS AND CLUBS - Build a club program with your show dates, venue, and the details exhibitors need. - Invite judges and see who has responded, accepted, or withdrawn without chasing a mail thread. - Invite volunteers, collect their availability, and keep assignments in one place. - Keep club information separate from your own exhibitor account, in a workspace that only shows club work when you are in the club role. FOR JUDGES - Keep your credentials, approved breeds, and travel availability current in one place. - See invitations that are waiting on you, and the assignments you have already accepted, without club planning language landing in your inbox. Search pet-friendly hotels, campgrounds, and RV sites near the venue for the nights you actually need, for the number of dogs you are actually bringing. Confirmation always comes from the property or booking provider, not from RingReady. ONE ACCOUNT, SEVERAL ROLES Plenty of people are an exhibitor on Saturday and a show chair on Sunday. RingReady gives each role its own workspace inside one account, and tells you when the next task belongs to a different role instead of quietly mixing the two.
