Rescue Ally is an offline-first wilderness medicine guide and documentation app built for those who act when resources are far away. From primary assessment to final handoff it keeps care clear and organized while creating accurate records you can trust anywhere. The result is stronger teams, faster coordination and a better chance for every patient. Every feature is offline-first and will continue functioning without mobile service or internet connection. Rescue Ally works as hard as you do. It gives responders a framework that holds up under pressure, keeping the story of care complete, organized and ready to guide every decision along the way. Built on internationally accepted, evidence-based wilderness medicine guidelines, every feature of Rescue Ally is forged in real rescue, shaped by cold nights, long carries, and the shared goal of building capable responders and resilient communities. Whatever your level of training - WFR, WFA, WEMT, non-wilderness medical training or no training at all, Rescue Ally is there with assessment guidance, critical reference information, SOAP Note documentation, and ATMIST/reporting tools to keep the rescue on track. No bars, no problem. Always ready, no signal required - just like our rescuers.

What's new

Scribe (Preview): Fill out most of a patient assessment by speaking, FULLY OFFLINE. Record the patient interview or narrate as you work, and Scribe transcribes it and pulls out vitals, chief complaints, SAMPLE history, and treatments for you to review. Speech recognition and extraction both run entirely on your phone, so it works with no cell service. Guide Search (Preview): Search the field guide directly, or search using the observations recorded in your assessment.
