PVBLIC Events

PVBLIC Events is the guest app for invite-only events run by PVBLIC. If you have been invited, your pass link from email or text opens here and the event is added to this device. There is nothing to sign up for and no password — your invitation is your identity. YOUR PASS Every event you are invited to lives in one wallet. Open a pass to see the date, venue, dress code, your seat or table if one is assigned, and the full program. GETTING IN Arrival is broken into steps — pick up your credential, clear security, present your pass at the door — and the app shows you exactly what to do next and where. Once you begin, a quiet ongoing notification keeps your current step, progress, and a countdown in the notification shade so you are not fumbling for your phone in line. QR CHECK-IN Your door QR is bound to this device and refreshes every 30 seconds, so a screenshot or a forward cannot be used by anyone else. Tap it full-screen when you reach the door — the app turns your brightness up and keeps the screen awake, then puts both back. RSVP AND UPDATES Accept or decline from the pass. Organizers can update times, rooms, and instructions, and your pass reflects it. Turn on notifications to hear about changes before your event and to get a reminder on the day. THE PROGRAM Browse sessions and speakers, see what is on right now, and see what is coming up next. MAPS AND CALENDAR One tap opens directions to the venue or to the next arrival step in your maps app. Add the event to your calendar with the details already filled in — the app never reads your calendar and holds no calendar permission. QUESTIONS Message event staff directly from your pass. If it helps them find you, you can share your location in the thread — one time, only when you tap, never in the background. PRIVACY No ads, no tracking, no analytics identifiers, and nothing is shared with third parties. Your data is used to get you into your event and nothing else. Full policy: https://events.pvblic.org/privacy NEED AN INVITE? PVBLIC Events only works with an invitation from an event organizer. If you have been invited, open the link in your email or text on this device and your pass will appear here.
