Full description
Plutony helps families evaluate digital content and guide children’s online experiences through child profiles and safety-oriented features. IMPORTANT — MONITORING (PLUMOD) DISCLOSURE The Plumod feature in Plutony is intended only for parents to supervise their own children’s device use. When Plumod is active, the app declares itself as a monitoring tool per Google Play’s Monitoring Applications policy; a persistent notification is shown while monitoring runs, using a distinctive Plumod/Plutony-related icon. Types of data Plumod may access (explained in detail during permissions and setup) can include: • App usage statistics and session summaries (which apps were used and time spent) • Accessibility-derived content signals needed for child safety reporting (specific fields are disclosed before you grant access) This data is processed to generate parental reports and safety insights about the child’s activity—there is no secret or deceptive surveillance. Plumod is not designed to monitor spouses or other adults without an appropriate enterprise context. Setup flows include prominent disclosure and consent; monitoring does not activate without the relevant permissions. Other Plutony features may include content reviews, profile management, and notifications. Current functionality is described in-app and in our policies.
