Startupathon

Startupathon is the hiring program from Persist Ventures. We do not list ghost jobs. We put builders in front of real startups — with a salary, funding, and a path to run the company. Browse curated roles and challenges. Build a profile. Apply. Complete the assignment. Track every stage from first submit to offer. Who it is for People who want to ship, not polish a résumé. Founders-in-waiting, engineers, and operators who would rather prove work than talk about it. What you get • Open roles at teams that actually ship • Challenges with cash prizes, equity, and a shot at the CEO seat • Assignments instead of endless screening calls • Application tracking, interviews, and offers in one place • Mentors, AWS and LLM credits, and the Persist Ventures network How it works 1. Create your profile 2. Apply to a role or enter a challenge 3. Ship the assignment 4. Get reviewed — and, if you earn it, the seat Passion and persistence over pedigree. Fifty thousand builders have already gone through.
