OA Section E9 Conclave 2026

Your Conclave in your pocket. The Section E9 Conclave 2026 app is the official digital companion for the Order of the Arrow's signature public event in Eastern Region Section 9, putting the full Conclave experience in the palm of your hand. Eastern Region Section 9 serves the six Virginia-based Scouting America Councils and their six respective Order of the Arrow lodges, covering most of the Commonwealth of Virginia and portions of West Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Every year, these lodges come together at Conclave for fellowship, competition, training, and the traditions that define the OA experience. More than a Passport. You know the Passport, the printed booklet that has been your guide at Conclave. The E9 Conclave app takes everything you love about it and supercharges it with features only a native app can deliver. WHAT'S INSIDE Live Schedule - Browse the full event schedule by day, time, and track. Always up to date, even if plans change on the fly. Your Personal Account - Log in with your BSA member ID for a personalized experience tied to your lodge, role, and registered events. QR Check-In / Check-Out - No more paper sign-in sheets. Scan in, scan out. Staff can confirm attendance instantly, and event leadership has real-time accountability across the site. Works Offline - Camp signal is famously unreliable. The app caches your schedule and content locally so it works even when the cell towers don't cooperate. Real-Time Updates - When you're connected, the app syncs instantly, pushing announcements, schedule changes, and program updates from event staff directly to your device. Program and Training Content - Session descriptions, training tracks, and lodge development programming organized and searchable, right where you need them. Built for Arrowmen, by Arrowmen. The E9 Conclave app is built exclusively for registered Conclave participants, lodge staff, and event administrators. Access is restricted to authenticated attendees. Section E9 Conclave 2026 takes place April 24-26 at Camp T. Brady Saunders in Maidens, Virginia. We'll see you there.
